About this workshop

The most significant workforce transformation you will ever lead.

Generative AI is not another digital transformation initiative. It is a fundamentally different kind of change, one that impacts every knowledge worker, every business process, and every decision your organization makes. The change management playbook your team has relied on for 20 years does not apply here.

Most organizations have run AI awareness sessions and experimentation pilots. What they have not done is build the operating foundation that connects AI to how work actually happens: the processes, policies, roles, and institutional knowledge that define your business. That gap is the single biggest reason AI keeps underperforming. And closing it is squarely in the domain of HR and L&D leadership.

This half-day workshop introduces the Kendall Framework, built from working with executives across nearly 2,000 organizations. It is designed specifically for HR and L&D leaders who are ready to move from facilitating AI awareness to driving AI capability across the entire workforce.

Who should attend

  • Chief Human Resources Officers and Chief People Officers
  • VPs and Directors of Learning & Development
  • Heads of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness
  • HR transformation leads responsible for workforce AI readiness
  • Senior HR business partners advising leadership on AI strategy

What you will learn

A structured method for turning AI awareness into AI capability.

During this interactive half-day workshop, you will learn how to:

01

Understand why AI workforce programs plateau, and what makes this transformation different from every change management effort your organization has undertaken before.

02

Position L&D as the strategic enabler of AI performance, not just a training function, but the organizational capability that makes AI trustworthy, accurate, and durable over time.

03

Identify the highest-value AI opportunities across HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning design, performance management, and workforce planning.

04

Apply the Kendall Framework to define the organizational context AI needs to perform accurately: the policies, roles, workflows, and institutional knowledge your people hold but have never captured in a form AI can use.

05

Build a prioritized action plan for moving from AI awareness to a workforce capability that compounds over time, without creating dependency on outside vendors.
